The Chef's Knife


One of the most important tools used to prepare a good meal is the Chef's Knife. You could spend thousands of dollars on one knife but for the sake of your pocketbook, we've selected a few that get the job done. These are in no particular order on which are my favorites but I've added comments that may help you, depending on the application. You should always try to get your hands on the knife you are trying to buy to ensure the weight and feel are to your liking.
